Returns & Refunds Policy

At 3Dlonra, each product is made to order, whether it is 3D‑printed, customized, or hand‑painted. Because of the personalized and handcrafted nature of our items, the following conditions apply:

 

We accept returns in all cases within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The item is unused

  • It is in its original condition

  • It is returned with its original packaging (when applicable)

Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full or partial refund depending on its condition.

 

Exceptions (Non‑Returnable Items)

We cannot accept returns for:

  • 3D models created from scratch specifically for the customer

  • Products modified or personalized upon request

  • Hand‑painted figures following specific colors or instructions provided by the customer

These items are uniquely made and cannot be resold.

 

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within the first 24 hours after placing your order. After this period, production will have already begun, and cancellations or refunds will no longer be possible.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Once the issue is reviewed, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation

 

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the order cannot be delivered due to:

  • An incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Rejected delivery

We cannot offer a refund. We can resend the item if the customer covers the new shipping cost.
